Any order placed before noon will be shipped out the same day when all items are in stock.

Retail Guarantee and Refund Policy

Wild Mountain gifts offers a 30 day 100% unconditional money back guarantee to all Wild Mountain Gifts customers. If a customer is dissatisfied with any Wild Mountain Gifts product, it may be returned within 30 days for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchased price. Returns may take up to 30 days to process. Follow these return procedures: (a copy of these instructions and a return form are included with each shipment.)

  • Package unused portion of Wild Mountain Gifts product using proper shipping carton and packing materials.
  • Enclose a copy of the original shipping invoice.
  • Fill out return form identifying the reason for the return.
  • Check box for refund or replacement. For replacement, specify the item in a product of equal value.
  • Sign your name on the return form.
  • Return product to Wild Mountain Gifts at customers expense for shipping and handling.
  • Wild Mountain Gifts will pay the cost for shipping the replacement product.
  • No returns will be accepted unless the merchandise is in the original cartons, in new condition. Credit will not be issued for returned product that has been marked, altered or abused.

Defective Merchandise
All merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. If found defective, notify us within 5 days on receipt of your shipment by e-mail at wildmountaingifts@comcast.net or by telephone at 970-352- 7352. Package and ship damage merchandise and reimbersment will be mailed with replaced merchandise.

Shipping Information
Orders will be processed within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. Local customers may choose to have their items boxed for pick up to save on shipping. Customers may call or e-mail to make arrangements.

Privacy Policy
Wild Mountain Gifts does not sell or rent any personal information entered on this web site. Customer may choose the option of receiving a catelog or newsletter. All customers that log in will receive occasional e-mails notifying of events or sales. If you choose not to be e-mailed, call or e-mail us and you can be removed from the list.
